Privacy policy

Rugs Family reads public chain data to grade listed rugs. We do not sell personal data. We do not run an account system with passwords.

What we see

If you connect a wallet, the app uses that address to fetch your token balance and trade history on Robinhood Chain. Those records are already public. Quote requests send the wallet and token address to our own API so we can build and sign a payout quote.

Wallet connect is handled by Reown AppKit / WalletConnect. Their servers may see your connection metadata. RPC nodes see the reads we make.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage keeps the wallet session working and remembers the cookie banner choice. Details are on the cookie policy. You choose Accept or Necessary only when the banner appears.

What we do not do

We do not ask for a seed phrase. We do not scrape your contacts. We do not sell wallet lists. Analytics stay off unless we ship them later and say so here first.

Onchain is permanent

A redeem is a public transaction. Token transfers, ETH payouts, and the CompensationPool address live on Robinhood Chain. We cannot erase a claim from the explorer. See the terms for how the contract pays, and how it refuses a pull when the pool cannot cover the payout.
