Terms and conditions

Rugs Family is a compensation desk for holders of listed rugged tokens on Robinhood Chain. It is not insurance, not a restoration guarantee, and not affiliated with Robinhood, pons, or any listed project.

The product

You connect a wallet, pick a supported launchpad, pick a listed rug, and may redeem a signed quote. Redeem is a buyout. The contract pulls the compensated tokens and pays ETH in the same transaction. Only operator listed tokens are payable. Same wallet, same chain state, same prices produce the same quote.

The contract never pulls what it cannot pay

Claims run through the CompensationPool contract on Robinhood Chain at 0x07b82444b9694Ab0E30E926eCF5cf1975A0f6f1E. The website can show a grade and a payout. It cannot force a pay.

Onchain, the pool checks its ETH balance against the signed payout before it moves your tokens. If the pool cannot cover the payout, the call reverts with InsufficientPool. Token transferFrom runs only after that check. ETH is sent in the same transaction. This is enforced by CompensationPool, not by this site, not by the signer, and not by a promise on a web page.

If the pool is empty, thin, or already spoken for, a redeem will not pull your bag. First to land a valid claim that the pool can fund takes the fill.

Quotes and grades

The grade is produced offchain from indexed buys, sells, and your remaining balance. The contract does not grade. It verifies the signature, checks the signed fields, takes the listed amount of tokens, and pays the signed ETH amount if the pool can cover it. A quote can expire. A quote can be zero. A recovered bag can grade lower than the live mark.

Your wallet

You are responsible for the wallet you connect, the network you are on, approvals you sign, and gas. Wrong chain, wrong token, or an approval you do not understand is on you. We never ask for your seed phrase.

No special relationship

Using the site does not make you a customer of an insurance company, a client of an advisor, or a partner of Rugs Family. Listings can change. The pool can be withdrawn by the owner under the contract. The formula version can change. Past quotes do not bind future ones.

Limitation

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rugs Family and the people shipping it are not liable for lost tokens, missed redeems, RPC or indexer gaps, wallet bugs, or a pool that cannot pay. The contract source and the explorer page above are the rules that matter for a claim.
